07:30: The tour guide will pick up your Hotel. Enjoy the scenic journey along the National Highway bordered by green rice fields. 

09:00: Stop at Mekong Rest Stop for some free time or a coffee break (Excluded).

10:00: Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda.

10:30: Arrive in My Tho and board a wooden motorboat to Unicorn Island. As we cruise along the riverbank, you will pass natural creeks, a bustling fisherman’s port, and unique stilt houses.
Next, we will visit a bee farm where you can enjoy a delightful cup of authentic honey tea. Stroll through quiet villages and observe the daily lives of rural residents in the Mekong Delta.

 

Our journey continues with a stop at a seasonal orchard, offering a variety of delicious tropical fruits. Enjoy these fruits for free while listening to traditional folk music unique to Southern Vietnam.

For a more intimate experience, we will divide into small groups and board rowboats. During this 15-minute trip, you will see various local transportation methods and enjoy the fresh air along the canal, surrounded by beautiful water coconut trees. This is the essence of life away from the city!

Feeling refreshed, we will return to the larger motorboat and cruise along a canal flanked by seasonal orchards. Our next stop is a village famous for its coconut candies and handcrafted coconut products. Here, you will learn how locals transform coconut trees into an array of useful items, an integral part of their daily lives.

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant, followed by some relaxation 

15:00: Board small rowboats from the restaurant to meet the motorized boat.
As your journey concludes, we will return to My Tho by motorboat, then meet the bus and head back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Cu Chi Tunnels: This legendary underground network extends over 220 kilometers and is a must-see for both Vietnamese and international travelers interested in the history of the Vietnam War. The tunnels are now a heroic district.

Located approximately 60 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, the drive to the tunnels offers picturesque views of lush, significant historical sites, played a crucial role in the resistance against US forces, earning Cu Chi its reputation as a endless rice fields and rivers where ducks and water buffaloes swim. It's hard to imagine that this serene landscape was once ravaged by bombs and mines during the war, when Cu Chi was designated a "free target zone."

Once we arrive, you will get a chance to walk through some of the tunnels, discover the hidden corners, and imagine what life was like here for the resistance soldiers. If you like, try to cook with the smokeless stoves used by Vietnamese soldiers to cook during the war. You can even try foods that the soldiers lived on. If you’re feeling brave or curious, you can even try your hand at shooting an AK-47, one of the guns used during the war.

We will head back to the city in the afternoon; the tour finishes at 14:30 PM or 19:00 PM.

Morning
Take the morning trip to visit Independence Palace, also known as the Reunification Palace, which was built on the site of the former Norodom Palace. The Independence Palace is a widely known landmark of Ho Chi Minh City and was designed by the architect Ngo Viet Thu. Continue seeing the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times, such as the Notre Dame Cathedral, and the historic Central Post Office. Followed by the remarkable site of the War Remnants Museum, the museum has a vast display of both the Indochina wars. 

Have lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon
Continue the city tour by discovering the city's Western side. Ride to Cho Lon (Big Market) and Thien Hau Pagoda, which is located in Chinatown. Continue to Bach Dang harbor. After checking in for the waterbus tickets and stabilizing your seat, the boat will depart. During the trip, you will have a unique view of the city's most typical commercial buildings, including the Vinhomes Central Park urban area, the magnificent Landmark 81 tower, the Bitexco Financial Tower, and the green, peaceful District 2. A lot of stunning moments are waiting for you. Try to discover the soul of this land - Saigon River by water bus, maybe you will realize many miracles, a more accurate view of the land once called Paris of Indochina or the Pearl of the Far East. 

18:00: Transfer back to your hotel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Enjoy your final morning in the vibrant city of Ho Chi Minh. This day is completely at your leisure for any last-minute sightseeing, relaxing, or souvenir shopping at the local markets.

Depending on your flight schedule, our private driver will meet you at your hotel lobby and provide a comfortable transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your departure flight back home.
