Day 1: Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Village - Cat Cat Waterfall - Sin Chai Village - Overnight in Sapa

06:00 - 06:30: Free pick up at your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.

07:00: Get on the big bus and depart for Sapa via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai highway. Along the way, you will have the chance to admire the beauty of the northwest mountains, with terraced fields sparkling in sunlight or hidden in fog. Take a 30-minute break before continuing the trip to Sapa.

12:30: Arrive in Sapa Town, where you will see the colorful traditional costumes of the H'mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. The tour guide will be waiting for you at No.3 Fansipan Street (the bus stop), holding a sign with your name to welcome you. Follow him to our travel office and hotel in Sapa. Enjoy a welcome drink, itinerary briefing, lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, and check in to your hotel.

   

14:30: Take a short trek to the gate of Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H'mong ethnic people, located at the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you daily life activities of the locals. Trek down to the valley to visit the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station. Stop for photos at the bridge and waterfall, then walk uphill to meet the bus for the return to Sapa. Trekking distance is about 3.5 km and takes around 2 hours.

17:00: Our car or jeep will take you back to Sapa Town. Have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and enjoy an overnight stay at a 3-star hotel in Sapa.

Day 2: Sapa tour - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai Village - Ta Van Village - Hanoi 

07:00 - 07:45: Have breakfast at the hotel and prepare a light pack for trekking.

09:30: Begin trekking from Sapa to Y Linh Ho, then continue through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to Lao Chai, the Black Hmong village, where you can admire the spectacular scenery of the Hoang Lien Son Mountain range.

12:30: Picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village.

   

13:30: Continue trekking to Ta Van Village, home of the Dzay ethnic people.

14:30: The bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge and returns to Sapa. Trekking distance is about 12 km and lasts approximately 4.5 hours.

Afternoon: Free time to relax, go shopping, or explore Sapa on your own.

16:00: Say “Goodbye Sapa!” and depart for Hanoi. Along the journey, you will once again enjoy the stunning beauty of the northwest mountains.

21:30: Arrive in Hanoi. The unforgettable Sapa tour ends here. Thank you and see you next time!

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay Cruise - Halong Bay Tours - Overnight on Boat.

08:00 - 08:30: Our driver will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter area or near the Hanoi Opera House. If your hotel is located outside the Old Quarter, please kindly make your way to our office at 39B Hang Hanh Street for a convenient pick-up and drop-off.
(You may also leave your luggage at our office free of charge for the entire duration of your tour.)

11:15 - 11:40: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina Harbour, where our cruise staff and cruise manager will be waiting to welcome you aboard our 4-star traditional cruise boat.
(Note: Our cruise staff will stay in contact with the driver in advance, so we will know your estimated arrival time at Tuan Chau. We will coordinate with him to pick you up easily at any point in Tuan Chau Marina and escort you to our waiting lounge for cruise check-in at around 12:15.)

12:00: Upon boarding the cruise, our crew will welcome you with a refreshing drink and a cold towel before assisting you with check-in procedures. The vessel then departs from Tuan Chau Marina, taking you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Ha Long Bay. Along the way, you can enjoy stunning views of thousands of limestone islands as we cruise toward Luon Cave and Titop Island. Enjoy lunch at our luxurious onboard restaurant while the cruise continues sailing.

14:00: Transfer by tender to Titop Island. Visit Titop Island, hike to the summit for breathtaking panoramic views of Ha Long Bay, or enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear water.

   

16:00: Explore Sung Sot Cave - one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay. The cave features unique and impressive rock formations found nowhere else. The pathway leading to the cave entrance is shaded by trees. Walking up the stone steps gives visitors the feeling of climbing a mountain and adds to the excitement as if stepping toward the sky.

17:30 - 18:00: Return to the cruise for a Sunset Party and Cooking Class as the vessel heads back toward the shore. Enjoy relaxing moments on the sundeck while sipping traditional Vietnamese tea or coffee, surrounded by the wonderful scenery and a stunning sunset. You will be guided by our chef to make delicious fresh spring rolls, which you can then enjoy.

19:30: Gala Dinner served on the sundeck (weather permitting).

20:30: After dinner, relax on the deck and admire the peaceful nighttime views of the Bay. You may also join evening activities such as a complimentary herbal foot bath in your room, bamboo dancing, the traditional costume fashion show “Footsteps of Heritage,” enjoy drinks at the Sky Bar, get a massage (additional charge), or try your luck with squid fishing. Day 4: Halong Bay - Ninh Binh - Overnight in Ninh Binh  

06:15: Start your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck.

06:30 - 07:00: Enjoy a light breakfast with coffee, tea, cakes, and fruit.

07:30: Return to your cabin to prepare for the kayaking activity in Luon Cave. Upon arrival, you will join kayaking or bamboo rafting around the thousand-year-old limestone formations.

08:30 - 09:30: Back on board, you may relax in your cabin, enjoy a herbal foot bath prepared by our crew, sunbathe on the sundeck, take photos of Ha Long Bay, or shop for souvenirs.

09:30: Check-out time. Please place your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. Our staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area. While waiting, you may browse and shop for cruise products.



10:00: Enjoy an early buffet lunch at the 2nd-floor restaurant and settle any outstanding bills.

11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina. The trip concludes.

11:30 - 12:00: You will be picked up for the transfer from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh Province. We have arranged a driver who will coordinate directly with the cruise manager to pick you up upon disembarkation. This ensures that you can easily meet our driver and board the bus arranged for your transportation from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh City.

12:00 - 16:30 (Approx): Arrive in Ninh Binh Province.

16:30 - 22:30: Free time to explore Ninh Binh in the afternoon. You can enjoy dinner on your own.
Overnight at a homestay in Tam Coc, Ninh Binh Province.

Day 5: Ninh Binh Tour - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc / Trang An - Mua Cave - Hanoi. 

06:30 - 09:00: Enjoy breakfast and free time at your homestay before our tour guide and driver arrive to pick you up for today’s activities.

10:30: Visit Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam from 968 to 1010. Explore the temples of King Dinh and King Le, and learn more about Vietnamese history during the Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasties.

11:15 - 11:45: Join a 30-minute cycling trip to discover local village life.
(If you prefer, you may stay at the restaurant to relax, enjoy the view of lakes and valleys, or swim in the pool during summertime.)

12:00: Enjoy a buffet lunch with local specialties in a private dining area. Vegetarian options are available.

   

13:15 - 13:30: Choose ONE of the following destinations (please inform us before the tour starts):

Option 1: Tam Coc
Known as “Halong Bay on land”, you will enjoy a 1.5-hour boat trip along the Ngo Dong River.
You will pass through peaceful paddy fields, limestone karsts, and the cave system of Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba - offering a stunning and memorable experience.

Option 2: Trang An
A UNESCO World Heritage Site recognized in 2014.
Enjoy a 1.5-hour boat ride through its magnificent tunnel cave system. This is also the filming location for the 2016 Hollywood movie “Kong: Skull Island”.

15:30: Continue to Mua Cave. Climb 500 stone steps to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain, where you can admire a breathtaking panoramic view of Tam Coc and the surrounding landscape.

16:30 - 17:00: Transfer back to Hanoi.

19:00 - 19:30: Drop-off at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter.
