Detailed itinerary of Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Cuc Phuong National Park - Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve - 1 Day Tour:  

07:00: Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart for Ninh Binh.

09:40: Arrive at Cuc Phuong National Park. Begin your visit at the Endangered Primate Rescue Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and conservation of endangered primates. Spend around 40 minutes observing Monkey Conservation center and learning about their preservation.
After that, visit the Cave of Prehistoric Man (Nguoi Xua Cave) - a remarkable archaeological site. Discovered in 1966, this cave contains graves and tools dating back over 7,500 years, marking it as one of the oldest human habitation sites in Vietnam.

12:40: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with traditional Vietnamese cuisine.

13:40: Take a short trek through the forest, where you’ll learn about the diverse flora and fauna of Vietnam’s oldest national park.

   

15:30: Depart Cuc Phuong and head to Van Long.

16:00: Arrive at Van Long Wetland Nature Reserve. Board a rowboat and glide through the peaceful wetlands. Admire the towering limestone karsts and keep an eye out for rare bird species and endangered primates in their natural habitat.

17:30: Board the bus back to Hanoi.

19:30 - 20:00: Arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tour ends.
